$1,100 for 10-hour period Base Hall Rental Fee
Rental dates after Jan 1, 2025 will be $1,200
$500 refundable security deposit, allow up to 3 weeks after the event for processing
$400 Have us clean for you! must pre-pay
Base Hall Rental Fee includes use of 20 8' banquet tables and 125 person capacity with accompanying number of folding metal chairs, use of the kitchen and 20 temporary parking passes for the day of the event. More chairs are available for $5 per chair.
Max rental attendance is 125 persons.
Kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove and flat top, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Coffee pots too!
All Event trash is to be removed by renter. Not trash is to be left in the building or outside.
Things to bring: additional toilet paper and paper towels in case they run out. Cleaning towels/rags, garbage bags (cans are each supplied with 1 bag).
The space is on the 2nd floor. THIS IS NOT AN ADA COMPLIANT BUILDING. There is no elevator, although there is a chair-lift to aid in reaching the 2nd floor.
